Este calendario agenda la llamada, no la propuesta ni la visita. La propuesta se arma después de la llamada, con lo que nos cuentes ahí, y llega por correo dentro de las 24 horas siguientes. Al confirmar recibes la invitación por correo.

This calendar books the call, not the proposal or the visit. The proposal is built after the call, from what you tell us on it, and arrives by email within the next 24 hours. You will receive the invitation by email once you confirm.

El monto mensual del nivel y el tamaño que te corresponden, en dólares, sin extras escondidos. Lo que se paga aparte, si algo se paga aparte, va dicho con su nombre.

The monthly amount for the tier and size that fit you, in US dollars, with nothing hidden. Anything billed separately, if anything is, is named as such.

Mobiliario, acceso 24/7 con credencial, horas en las salas de reunión, recepción con personal y manejo de correspondencia de la empresa.

Furniture, 24/7 credential access, meeting-room hours, a staffed reception and handling of the company's mail.

Qué incluye el edificioWhat the building includes

Respaldo eléctrico 24/7, internet de fibra en origen, agua propia del complejo, vigilancia y más de 2.000 puestos de estacionamiento techado. Nada de eso se contrata ni se mantiene aparte.

24/7 backup power, fibre internet at source, the complex's own water, security and over 2,000 covered parking spaces. None of it is contracted or maintained separately.

Lo decimos en la misma propuesta. Los salones grandes del complejo, por ejemplo, se alquilan aparte a Ciudad Comercial Petroriente, y el alojamiento se cotiza con el hotel.

Stated in the proposal itself. The complex's larger venues, for instance, are rented separately from Ciudad Comercial Petroriente, and accommodation is quoted with the hotel.

¿Desde cuántas personas tiene sentido una propuesta corporativa?From how many people does a corporate proposal make sense?
Desde tres o cuatro, que es cuando el equipo deja de caber cómodo en el área abierta y conviene una oficina cerrada. Por debajo de eso la respuesta suele ser un nivel de membresía tal cual, y esa cifra te la damos en la llamada sin armar nada. Por arriba, mientras más grande la operación, más sentido tiene: las condiciones de plazo largo se negocian caso por caso.
From three or four, which is when the team stops fitting comfortably in the open area and a closed office makes sense. Below that the answer is usually a standard membership tier, and we give you that figure on the call without building anything. Above it, the larger the operation the more it is worth doing: long-term conditions are negotiated case by case.

Dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la llamada, por correo. Si la operación es grande y hace falta revisar disponibilidad de varias oficinas a la vez, te avisamos en la misma llamada y el plazo se dice ahí, no después.

¿Tengo que estar en Maturín?Do I need to be in Maturín?
No. La llamada es por teléfono o videollamada y la propuesta llega por correo, así que funciona igual si decides desde Caracas, desde otro país o desde campo. Si quieres que alguien del equipo vea el espacio antes de firmar, lo coordinamos aparte.
No. The call is by phone or video and the proposal arrives by email, so it works the same whether you decide from Caracas, from another country or from the field. If you want someone from the team to see the space before signing, we arrange that separately.
¿La propuesta me compromete a algo?Does the proposal commit me to anything?
No. Es un documento con cifras y condiciones, para que lo compares con lo que te cueste montar una oficina propia o con otra opción en la ciudad. No se firma nada ni se pide ningún dato de pago para recibirla.
No. It is a document with figures and terms, so you can compare it with what setting up your own office would cost, or with another option in the city. Nothing is signed and no payment details are asked for.
¿Qué pasa si el equipo cambia de tamaño después de firmar?What if the team changes size after signing?
Se contempla en la propuesta. Lo habitual es pasar a la oficina del tamaño siguiente cuando haya disponibilidad, o sumar puestos en el área abierta los meses que haga falta, sin cambiar la dirección ni el contrato de la empresa.
It is covered in the proposal. The usual route is moving to the next office size when one is available, or adding open-area desks for the months you need them, without changing the company's address or contract.
