Ciudad Comercial Petroriente alquila cuatro salones de 10 a 100 personas, dos salas de teatro de 131 y 136 puestos y la Plaza Central para 500. No son espacios de Chimanta Work —son del complejo, en el mismo edificio— y se ven y se reservan en su portal de alquileres.
Ciudad Comercial Petroriente rents out four function rooms for 10 to 100 people, two theatres seating 131 and 136, and the Plaza Central for 500. They are not Chimanta Work spaces — they belong to the complex, in the same building — and you can view and book them on its rentals portal.

Depende del nivel, del tamaño y del plazo: un acceso por día y un ala corporativa a plazo largo no se cotizan igual. Te enviamos la tarifa completa del nivel que te interese el mismo día, por WhatsApp o en la visita. Las tarifas están en dólares y se aceptan transferencia, pago móvil y divisas en efectivo.
It depends on the tier, the size and the term: day access and a long-term corporate wing are not quoted the same way. We send you the full rate for the tier you are interested in the same day, over WhatsApp or during your visit. No. The meeting rooms are booked by the hour without a membership, and the setup, coffee, tea and water are included. Chimanta Work members get included hours according to their tier and pay a lower rate for extra hours.

Sí, y es el camino habitual: se empieza con un puesto flexible, se pasa a puesto fijo y se termina en una oficina cerrada cuando el equipo llega a tres o cuatro personas. El cambio se hace al cierre del mes en curso, sin penalidad.
Yes, and it is the usual path: you start with a flexible desk, move to a dedicated one and end up in a closed office once the team reaches three or four people. The change takes effect at the end of the current month, with no penalty.

La jornada sigue. Ciudad Comercial Petroriente tiene plantas eléctricas de respaldo, pozos de agua propios y el nodo de fibra óptica del norte de la ciudad dentro del edificio. Es la razón por la que una empresa alquila aquí y no en un local de la avenida.
