The space is the same; what changes is the term and what you sign. A private office is taken monthly and is meant for staying, with assigned desks and mail in the company's name. A temporary office is taken for weeks or a few months, with no commitment, for a team that already knows it is leaving. Anyone here on a short assignment usually needs the second, even if the same door works for both.

No para los planes de una persona: un puesto por día o mes a mes se contrata a nombre de una persona natural. Sí hace falta la empresa cuando el acuerdo se factura a su nombre, cuando se usa la dirección para registrar el domicilio comercial o cuando se firma una propuesta corporativa. Si la empresa está en trámite, se puede empezar con el puesto y cambiar el acuerdo después.
Not for one-person plans: a desk by the day or month to month is taken in an individual's name. You do need the company when the agreement is invoiced to it, when the address is used to register the business domicile, or when a corporate proposal is signed. If the company is still being registered, you can start with the desk and change the agreement later.
