We are inside Ciudad Comercial Petroriente, opposite the PDVSA Exploration and Production headquarters. You come in through the complex's main entrance and go up to the mezzanine.

Ese es el horario del front desk. Fuera de él no hay personal en recepción, así que una visita conviene acordarla dentro de esas horas.
That is the front desk's schedule. Outside it there is nobody at reception, so a visit is best arranged within those hours.

Elige el día y la hora. Te llamamos nosotros. No hace falta que prepares nada: con saber cuántas personas son, cuándo empiezan y por cuánto tiempo, sale la respuesta.
Pick the day and time. We call you. There is nothing to prepare: knowing how many people, when you start and for how long is enough to get you an answer.
Este calendario agenda la llamada. No reserva salas ni agenda la visita: la visita se acuerda dentro de la llamada, y las salas se reservan aparte, por hora. Si lo que necesitas es una propuesta corporativa con cifras, hay un calendario aparte para eso.
This calendar books the call. It does not book rooms or schedule the visit: the visit is agreed during the call, and rooms are booked separately, by the hour. If what you need is a corporate proposal with figures, there is a separate calendar for that.
